With over three decades of experience in senior commercial sales roles – leading high-performing teams at Harrods, The Mirror, FHM and Heat Magazine – I bring corporate experience and genuine human connection to everything I do.
Over those three decades I watched brilliant people lose deals they should have won. Not because they weren’t good enough. Not because their work wasn’t exceptional. But because the way they were showing up – the words they were using, the way they were positioning themselves – didn’t reflect who they really were.
And I watched the opposite too. People with less experience, less credibility, closing consistently – because something about how they communicated made people feel safe saying yes.
That gap is where I work.
I took everything I learned leading commercial teams at some of the UK’s most recognised brands and built a consultancy around one simple belief – that when your sales and messaging starts doing the hard work, everything changes. The right clients find you. The right stages invite you. The right opportunities arrive.
That belief became my consultancy. And then my book, More Heart Less Hustle.
